Flounder in Phyllo
a favorite especially good with fresh gulf flounder.
Cut fresh flounder strips 1' X 3", brush with dill butter wrap in a phyllo sheet that is brushed with butter folded over. roll up. cut extra phyllo off the ends, mash ends down to close, bake in oven untill light brown around 8 minutes at 350.
Peppi- Wrap puff pastry around fresh italian sausage. Cut 1/2" thick, place on cookie sheet, drizzle with honey bake for a quick and yummy snack.
Cheesecake Martini- bake new york style cheesecake, cut into 1" squares, place in martini glass drizzle lemon curd garnish with fresh blue berries and rasberries and swoon your guest!
