We specialize in fresh food that’s farm-to-table, and Katy brings the entire cooking process to your kitchen. The dinner service lasts approximately two-and-a-half hours. Here’s how it works:

  • Katy arrives one hour before your dinner time with two appetizers prepared
  • She prepares the meal and explains the process
  • She provides recipes to the menu items she’s serving
  • She prepares and serves dessert
  • She cleans up after herself

When you hire a private chef, you’ll have two appetizers served warm upon arrival. Choices include fresh shrimp and other seafood offerings. You can then choose four small plates ranging from flounder tempura to beef tenderloin stacks. Finally, select one of our mouth-watering desserts, including chocolate pecan banana pie or pralines.
